Before you ever touch someone, you need to cultivate conscious awareness. This means understanding all the invisible “ecologies” that go into you showing up as a person who is trying to bring love and light to someone. You need to be patient, empathetic, mentally and emotionally grounded, and open to possibility. These things require preparation and instruction. We will take you through a host of ways for you to get ready for this amazing work.

Every single thing that you do to set up your practice matters. How you talk to people through an email, in person, the aesthetics and vibe of your space, along with all the practical touch aspects: your table, linens, music, room arrangement, body positioning and more. Everything that acts as an additive to your magic and methods we teach you.

This is the good stuff, where you begin to work out a routine, add-on modules, rhythm, pacing, timing, and all the other things that descend from The Knead System. You will learn how to talk to people, how to listen, and how to build a touch journey for your clients through being attentive and skillful. We will teach and refine, teach and refine until you are sailing in your routine.

We’ve made this extremely simple so you can focus almost entirely on spreading joy and beauty. All your processes are made easy: credit card payments, emails, accounting. Everything is set up for ease and simplicity. You set this and forget it, so you can focus on your art form.

This is your own sacred touch practice based on The Knead System that you can launch out of a spare bedroom wherever you are in the world.
It is a process of self-discovery through touch and connection that is designed to bring out the deepest story people hold inside of themselves. It mixes meaningful conversation, long form touch, and sensory immersion.
Every single part of this process has been refined to create maximum freedom, beauty, and awareness for both you and the people who come to you.
Ok, so this is massage then?
No, this is a complete process of self-discovery using touch, talk, and sensory immersion. We teach you to build a deep and loving pathway to someone’s hidden story. This requires a series of techniques and approaches that we will teach you in detail until you are a source of beauty, guidance, and wisdom to the people coming to you.
Who is this for?
This is specifically designed for women to work on women. Ideally, you are vital, open-minded, curious, ambitious, and level headed. But if you aren’t the work will pull you towards these values. To do this work, you need to be a beacon for the women you are working on. The more life experience you have, the better, but some mix of youthful energy and life experience is ideal. The brighter your light, the more you can make people show up for transformation. Careful what you wish for, though, as you yourself will be transformed by the process of being trained, and then, ultimately, by doing this sensitive work on others. It is all additive to your humanity and the people you work on–a virtuous loop.
Practically, who is this ideal for?

Can actual massage therapists transition to this?
Yes. In fact, over the years we have had many massage therapists who feel their practice is very limiting spiritually and emotionally and become interested in what we do. In most cases it is quite simple for them to move into our world given their technical experience with massage, and yet they find themselves doing much more fulfilling work given all the new avenues for healing they can mine. Also in our world they are typically earning twice as much per hour as they do as massage therapists and are usually twice as fulfilled.
Where will this be taught?
In a city, in the country, at a workshop, in a pop up, or a hard location. It depends on you, it depends on us. Our training travels to different places, spaces, and venues. You can take your training while on a retreat with us, or when we’re touring your city, or you come to our fixed space and train with us there. It’s best to either follow us on Insta, check our offerings, or even reach out to us to make contact about how you might be trained.

How soon before I am up and running?
We teach you intensively for five days using a specific and storied curriculum, with the potential for follow ups and fine tuning. The amount of training is 25 high quality hours, plus or minus. We never do more than 4-5 hours on any given day, so you can truly absorb and integrate the training. Depending on the circumstances of your training, which can vary based on both you and us, you can start your own practice within a month of signing up. Just think: you can quit the rat race and work anywhere in the world within a month or two.
Will I be taught individually or in a group?
It might be intensive 1-on-1, but generally it is groups of four or less. This is boutique training, designed at scale level for impact and reciprocity. You will be shown with careful precision, eye contact, and patience all aspects of practice-making so you can soar.
What are the benefits of this work?
Hard to put into words the amount of beautiful growth you will create in your clients and naturally absorb yourself. We will help you to be strong, energetic, disciplined and empathic all-on-once, and in return you will be loved and adored by your clients in a way that few other jobs inspire. It’s just impossible to describe how much this practice gives back.
The benefits on a simple level: freedom, flexibility, independence; increased emotional intelligence and depth; openness and acceptance of others; awareness of the body’s beauty and the importance of pleasure. The list goes on.
On the practical level, you have enormous control over how and when you work. You can do this anywhere, for as long as you like, and in whatever way you like. You can do it intensively for a while, scale back to start a family, or take a trip, or do something else, and then return when you feel like it.

In early 2024, we will launch the Knead app, which will allow you to access clients anywhere in the world. This means you can set up shop anywhere and have a steady stream of clients. driven by our highly unique way of doing things. This is a game changer.

Once you complete our training, you can take your portable skills anywhere you go in the world and have an immediate income. Make money on vacation, make money and live in a place for a while. Super flexible options.
All your reviews travel with you on our app (in development), so immediately high value clients can find you, and know you’re a Knead-trained pro. One of the most frequent requests we get–almost daily–is how women can find Knead-trained women in their home city instead of travelling to us. Very soon this will be a reality and the first Knead-trained women will have a wide-open client base in their city.

How much can you make per month?
$1200-$8000
The primary rewards of doing this work are intangible. Your job satisfaction will be amongst the highest of anyone you know, as you are spreading joy and happiness to people who desperately want your skill, energy, and loving approach. That said, money is always an issue, and we have thought deeply about how to make this practice as lucrative as it can be, while keeping you fresh and engaged.
Let’s dive into the math:
Basically if you do just one treatment per week (only 3 hours in total of your day), you can make $1200 a month part-time (based on $300 per session). So, just working four half days a month brings you a small background income or side hustle. What you will find is that if you have another job, maybe in tech or on a screen of some kind, you will absolutely love the chance to take a break from your screen and practice touch in this job.
Now if you double your bookings to two a week or eight a month, you are suddenly making $2400, working only two days a week part-time. That’s when this practice becomes very freeing, as you have tons of time for other pursuits, whether they be other work or studies.
If you begin to move into semi-full-time and book four massages a week, you will be making $4800 a month, while still having three full days off per week. And remember that you schedule your treatments for when you want. You can stack them into four straight days and then have a long weekend of three days, or you can sprinkle them to keep you refreshed and flexible. That’s the beauty of this practice.
In fact we have designed this to last, and prevent any sort of burnout. You always want to approach your clients with high energy and enthusiasm, so the key is to design a practice that matches your energy and your life.
If you’re a sun seeker and want to live in a small town in Spain for the winter, all you need is a few clients per week to survive and live a life of pretty amazing freedom. Knead Pro is intentionally structured for you to decide how you work, when you work, and where you work. And remember that your clients always come to you, which means none of the stress or exhaustion of commuting.
In our training, we will go through difference scenarios in detail to get you to visualize how to maximize your freedom while keeping your skills as polished as possible. It’s important to point out that your income with this practice will depend on whether you do it part-time or full-time, what you charge for your treatments, and how seriously you take your practice, so remember that results will vary widely.
